My hypnosis sessions are designed as a deep, spacious experience, not a rushed appointment.
Each 3-hour session may include:

Hypnosis & Reiki
A gentle session for rest, regulation, and energetic balance. Ideal for those seeking calm, grounding, and space to reconnect with themselves.
Supportive guidance on habits, lifestyle, nutrition and balance for everyday wellbeing based on Ayurvedic principles.
A deeper session that combines subconscious work with Reiki energy support for clients who want integration on both physical and energetic level.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM HYPNOSIS
Hypnosis session is designed to give you a personalised experience.


Guided hypnosis session (60-90min)
You’ll be guided into a calm, focused state where we work on the root of your issue, whether it’s tension, habits, or lack of confidence.
Reflection and Integration (20min)
After the hypnosis, we discuss your experience and outline simple techniques you can practice at home to keep improving between sessions.
Initial consultation (20min)
We start with a relaxed conversation about your goals, challenges, and what you’d like to change.
This helps tailor the session specifically to you.
Bonus support: journal prompts, one check-in call within 2 weeks after the session, 1 month of email support.
